    Lifespan is state of the art diabetes & pre-diabetes management centre encompassing a 360 degree approach of integration & delivery of Knowledge, Technology (Online & Offline), diagnostic equipments, Superior medical consultation & intervention and diabetes redressal and management techniques … all under one roof. It is an offer by Lifespan to fight diabetes by opening a comprehensive care clinic in your locality.

    The use of your property by Lifespan depends on the kind of business association that the business partner wants and we feel he will be able to operate.

    In normal FOFO Franchising model, Lifespan will not use your property however you can put it to productive use by becoming a Franchisee Partner yourself.

    In FOCO model of business association, Lifespan will use your property to run the clinic as another Lifespan centre as per the terms and conditions of the business association.

    You need to have the required resources and the passion to start up the Lifespan Franchise Centre.

    FOCO:
    • A covered property (owned) of minimum of 1000 sq.ft. area size that could be used for commercial purposes
    • Doing up the décor and layout of the centre as per the brand specification
    • A deposit of Rs.5 Lakhs and Brand Association Fee Rs.10 Lakhs
    FOFO:
    • A covered property (owned) of minimum of 1000 sq.ft. area size that could be used for commercial purposes
    • Doing up the décor and layout of the centre as per the brand specification
    • INR. 10 Lakhs – 20 Lakhs as one-time payment depending on the business model

    • FOCO – In order to open a FOCO centre, you would essentially need the required resources as mentioned above (own space done up as per brand specification and a deposit of Rs.5 Lakhs and Brand Association Fee Rs.10 Lakhs. Understanding & empathy towards Diabetes and the will to be a part of fight against it would be highly appreciated. Understanding of the franchising business format would be highly desirable.
    • FOFO - If you have the passion to fight diabetes or you are yourself a diabetic or if you understand Diabetes by virtue of professional experience & you have the passion to run a clinic, you can be a valued Lifespan Partner. You should also have the capacity to arrange for doctors and dieticians and other ongoing resources as may be required from time to time apart from daily centre operations. Further to the resources of owned done up premises as per brand specification and the initial franchise fee, as mentioned in point above … to start up and run the centre as per the brand guidelines are the most important and essential traits needed to be a successful franchise.

    FAQs

    The initial amount of fee taken by Lifespan constitutes of a) The License / Franchisee fee for a period of 3 years, b) Cost of the high end diagnostic machines & infrastructure and c) Training Fee
    Lifespan consistently incurs huge amount of costs on various business promotions & development and support services for the growth of business of our franchisees, viz., Advertising Costs, Call center, Backend support, Patient education material, Training, Software, New technologies, etc.. Royalty is charged for the ongoing services that we extend to our franchisees / business partners on recurring basis.

    Franchisor imparts the required brand value and it is as much important for the franchisee to uphold it with its own efforts. Just putting up boards of even the strongest brand has never created the required customer base unless the efforts and responsibility are not shared by the franchisee on ground. BRAND EXPERIENCE HOWEVER IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FRANCHISEE..

    FOCO – 20% on net revenue (after deduction of the discount and direct costs) with a first 6 months moratorium.

    FOFO - 10%, 12.50% & 15% Royalty will be charged by Lifespan of net billing in year 1, 2 & 3 respectively, with a 6 months moratorium to start with.
